Step 1 is the Pre-Workout mix; it is called the Pre-Workout Multinutrient Dietary Supplement. It is meant to be taken 30-45 before your exercise to fuel your workouts and help keep your energize and focused throughout your workout. The major benefits to this is supporting energy levels, enhancing mental focus, and it helps promote a healthy metabolism. It currently comes in a Strawberry Lemonade flavor. The cost is $29.95 for 14 servings (stick packs), so that is $2.14 per serving.
Step 2 is the Intra-Workout aka During Workout mix; it is called the Intra-Workout Electrolyte and Amino Acid Supplement. This is intended to be used during your workouts to help you stay hydrated and improve recovery post workout.
